ADBSA were invited for a special coffee morning where we could browse in the shop, and then enjoy coffee and cakes. During refreshments we ahd the chance to listen to a fascinating lecture by the owner, who talked about her trips |
to China to collect valuable pieces and the care and attention she gives to restoring pieces before bringing them for sale to the Philippines. |

ADBSA coffee at Suriya Spa in Ortigas, April 24th 2008 |
| On April 24th about 20 ADBSA members visited the lovely Suriya Spa, close to Tiendesitas, and C5. |
We had a great morning with a very well researched wellness lecture, showing that stress can lead to all sorts of difficulties and asking us to ensure we take care of ourselves by developing a good stress busting lifestyle. |
We were treated to coffee, tea and Merienda and then to finish this fantastic morning we were all treated to a 20 minute taster massage. Wonderful! |
